Time-saving, easy-to-use control features
- Exclusive one-touch powder volume knob. Literally a revolutionary concept - while conventional controllers require the operator to carefully balance two air flow control knobs to change powder volume without changing the delivery velocity - the Prima powder volume knob automatically balances air flow so one touch does it all.
- Four electrostatic pre-sets. Recall electrostatic settings with the touch of a button. Factory defaults provide pre-sets for standard, faraday, recoats, and a fourth that is user-defined. All four can be changed for your specific needs.
- Total air control via one knob. This one knob is all that is needed to change the powder delivery velocity, without altering the powder volume.
- Nozzle style air control knob. Not only can this knob be used to fine tune air flow to the nozzle, but also is used as the Tribo charge air control when used with our Tribo-style powder spray guns.
- LED voltage display. LEDs not only indicate voltage setting, but once the spray gun trigger is pulled, the same LEDs will then monitor actual voltage output.
- LED micro amp display. When used with a Corona-style spray gun, these LEDs are used to display set max current and then display actual current once the spray gun trigger is pulled. When used with a Tribo-style gun, these same LEDs monitor the Tribo current.
- Automatic gun recognition. Prima works with either Tribo or Corona spray guns with no hassle.
