The DDF Powder Feed Technology becomes a large scale operation

With the integration and optimisation of the DDF technology from Ramseier Technologies, which has already proven itself in the automotive industry, Wagner is setting new standards in the sphere of powder delivery and powder application. (in conjunction with the latest application techniques).

 


The Digital Density Feed ensures gentle powder delivery and precise quantity dosing of the powder for the guns. The low speeds of flow (about 3 to 5 m/s) of the powder give a high level of efficiency, with a minimal air consumption. The uniform delivery to the spraying devices also provides a distinctly better spray pattern and a better surface finish.

The combination of Wagner know-how with the Digital Density Feed equipment from Ramseier Technologies offers enormous benefits for the customer:
