The Choice for Batch Runs, Fast Color Change Operations and Unique Production Requirements
The PrimaChange innovative recovery/recycling process is a Wagner exclusive. It features the shortest powder path in the industry, minimizing powder usage and parts wear. A reverse pulse of compressed air dislodges powder deposited on the cartridge filter. Powder falls into the removable hopper for efficient “scrap” color disposal. When the integral fluidized recycle hopper is used, reclaimed powder mixes with virgin powder before it is pumped to the gun. This unique closed-loop design ensures a consistent blend of powder deposition throughout the operation.
Reclaim color changes are accomplished in a matter of minutes, simply by changing cartridge filters. Both the collector and the booth enclosure are seamless for thorough cleaning and contamination-free changeover.
The PrimaChange control panel can be configured in three different positions for optimum accessibility and the most efficient use of valuable floor space.
