Automatic depth control
When coating series of parts with different depths, Automatic depth control is an extremely valuable function. Unlike the position control, the depth of the parts is already detected by the horizontal light curtain at the entrance of the spray booth and passed on to the depth control module.
Subsequently, the MRS-D1 moves the In/Out positioner so, that the pre-set gun distance is always kept automatically, regardless of the depth of a work-piece.
